Paul has taught English and History for the past 19 years. He has been teaching both Leaving and Junior Cert classes at the Institute since 1999 and has designed and delivered numerous accessible and structured exam preparation courses during that time.
Paul has a deep understanding of the Leaving certificate marking scheme through his work with the SEC. He shares these unique insights with his students both in our full-time day school and our part-time school. Paul also delivers exam masterclasses at the Institute to help students as they prepare for their examinations.
He is the author of Bridge The Gap – Transition Year English and co-author of Uncovering History, a successful Junior Cert History textbook. He has also contributed the model answers to the Folens Leaving Cert Shakespeare series.
