intensive revision courses (the Courses) to students who are preparing for
the Leaving Certificate, Junior Certificate and are in full-time second level
education (the Student). For courses designed for mature students (ex “Irish for
Primary School Teaching”) students do not necessarily have to be in full-time

4. The Course details (as found on www.instituteofeducation.ie) outline the
content and objectives of the Course. The Student is responsible for
determining that the course enrolled on is appropriate for their needs. Views
or opinions expressed by teachers during the course are entirely their own.
The School does not accept liability for advice given or views expressed by
teachers or in any notes or documentation provided to Students.

5. The School reserves the right to amend the Course detail, including the
course structure & content, venue and staff.

6. In the unlikely event that a Course is cancelled all fees will be refunded.

7. Students may not attend classes that they are not timetabled for. If a
student is found attending classes for which they are not timetabled, they
will be excluded from the Course and all future Courses
