‘Light Up A Life’ Ceremony at Our Lady’s Hospice

Twenty-eight 4th year students from the Institute joined volunteers at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross on Sunday 6 December for the annual ‘Light Up A Life’ ceremony.

Students braved the stormy weather during the afternoon and sold candles for the ‘Light Up A Life’ service, which took place at 5pm. The evening was hosted by Ian Dempsey, who was joined on stage by a variety of musical acts. Guest of honour, Finbarr Fury, then turned on the Christmas tree lights.

We are so pleased our students got to be part of what was a beautiful evening of reflection, celebration and music for all those present.
