Mental Health Awareness Talk

Mental Health Awareness Talk

Positive mental health was the focus of a talk given to our 4th year students last Friday, when Imelda McHugh from St. Patrick’s Mental Health Services visited the school.

The talk was a part of the ‘Walk In My Shoes‘ Initiative, which promotes mental health awareness, educating students across Ireland on the warning signs and support services available to them.

This was a great opportunity for students and staff to reflect upon the importance of promoting mental health in our school community,  and was the first in a series of mental health awareness activities that our 4th year students will be involved in this year.
